One week minimum rental
Maximum 5 person occupancy
Terms & Conditions
50% Deposit at time of booking secures reservation.
Balance of rental fee and $200.00 security deposit due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. Security deposit will be returned after your party has vacated the Casa in good order
Cancellations
25% of total forfeited 30 days
or more prior to arrival date.
50% of total forfeited 15-30 days
prior to arrival dates.
100% of total forfeited 7 days
or less prior to arrival date.
