The beautiful large kitchen is fully equipped with a six burner restaurant style gas cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, garbarator and dishwasher.  There is also a gas barbeque, satellite television and washing machine.  The water from all faucets in the home is UV filtered and can be enjoyed straight from the tap!

Meals can be enjoyed at the dining room table, followed by evening drinks prepared at the wet bar, and enjoyed overlooking the estuary and the beach and ocean just beyond.  Keep a lookout for crocodiles and turtles!

The home can comfortably sleep four to five people, in two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom.  There is also a guest bathroom.  Ceiling fans in all rooms ensure that the temperature is always comfortable.

The beautiful quiet beach is accessible by a foot bridge which is just a short stroll from the house.   This area is perfect for fishing, swimming, boogie boarding and surfing.

La Colonia is a quiet, friendly village and has several small grocery stores, internet cafes and a bakery, all of which are within a few blocks of the house.  For larger stores, restaurants, banks, butcheries and a weekly market, the towns of La Penita and Rincon de Guayabitos are just minutes away.
