The home can comfortably sleep four to five people, in two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms ensure that the temperature is always comfortable.

The garden is fully enclosed and very private, and there is lock-up parking for one vehicle. A twice weekly maid and garden service is provided.
